Oatmeal Butterscotch Cookies: Just like Mom used to make!!- - -
I used to love these cookies as a kid! I've never made them before, but I was feeling a little reminiscent of childhood lately so I looked up the recipe and whipped up a batch. The recipe says to put the cookies on an ungreased cookie sheet... I do not recommend that. Luckily I learned that lesson after the first batch, so the rest of the cookies turned out great!
